We have 2 shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as following:
Door-to-door international express delivery is usually used, and if the quantity is large, you can also choose to air or sea.
1. About delivery time?
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS) and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
2. About the tracking number?
Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where the package is.
3. What is the risk of customs arrest?
1>. Our prices do not include import duties and other national fees;

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
Shipping Delay Note:
If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to ship because the factory has to produce it before it can be shipped to you.
We will inform you by email whether the order is out of stock. If it is out of stock, you can also choose any item on the website with a price difference of less than $5 to replace it.

Standard Return Policy
At PrintCool, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchases.
That's why we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. You may return or exchange the unused product in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.As detailed below for specific refund requests.
Cancellation Policy
1. All items will be sent into production 24 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.
Personalized, printed, or special orders are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun, so please review your order details carefully before submitting.
2. If you insist on canceling a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.

Return & Exchange Instructions
1. All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The return and exchange window is 14 days from the original delivery date.
3. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee and customs duties. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
Important Notes:
1. The return address is not the same as the address on your package, so please contact our service@print-cool.com Customer Service team first to obtain a return authorization.
2. If there is no any quality problem, products with graphic prints are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. If you insist on returning a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.
4. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you received free or discounted shipping.
6. When returns, the product list with product ID needs to be sent back. Please provide the thracking number of the returning parcel.
7.Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer.
8.Please note that the customer is responsible for the loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery.
9.Please note that once the package leaves the Customs of the origin, the shipping responsibility will be handed over to the carrier. If the package is lost during this period, please contact the carrier for your inquiry and claim.
Replacement Policy
PrintCool will happily send a replacement if:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect printing. (Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for broken or defective items.)
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
