We have 2 shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as following:

2. About the tracking number?
Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where the package is.

Shipping Delay Note:
If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to ship because the factory has to produce it before it can be shipped to you.

Standard Return Policy
At PrintCool, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchases.
That's why we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. You may return or exchange the unused product in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.As detailed below for specific refund requests.
Cancellation Policy
1. All items will be sent into production 24 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.
Personalized, printed, or special orders are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun, so please review your order details carefully before submitting.
2. If you insist on canceling a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.

Return & Exchange Instructions
1. All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The return and exchange window is 14 days from the original delivery date.
3. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee and customs duties. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
Important Notes:
1. The return address is not the same as the address on your package, so please contact our service@print-cool.com Customer Service team first to obtain a return authorization.
2. If there is no any quality problem, products with graphic prints are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. If you insist on returning a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.
4. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you received free or discounted shipping.
6. When returns, the product list with product ID needs to be sent back. Please provide the thracking number of the returning parcel.
Replacement Policy
PrintCool will happily send a replacement if:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect printing. (Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for broken or defective items.)
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
